Complaints

If you have a complaint concerning any aspect of the College, please let us know. We are only able to action problems if we know about them. Please send any concerns or complaints to Karen Richards k.richards@nelson.ac.uk by using the Complaints Form.

Any complaints against the actions of the Corporation or its Members should be referred to the Clerk to the Board of Corporation, Stephen Carlisle, in the first instance. If, following investigation, in accordance with the College Complaints procedure, satisfaction is not received such complaints can be directed to the Skills Funding Agency.
