Train to Gain is a nationally funded training programme for people aged 19 or over who are employed working as volunteers or who are self employed.
It is a service that enables your employees to achieve their first full Level 2 vocational qualifications in a programme area that is relevant to their job. It is delivered entirely in the workplace at no cost to you. Heavily subsidised Level 3 qualifications are also available and if your company has less than 50 members of staff, you may be entitled to a wage subsidy to enable you to release your staff for training.Train to Gain helps companies and organisations improve workforce skills by providing training at a time and place to suit them.

Through the Train to Gain programme employees can progress to Level 3 or Level 4 in their chosen occupational area. The provision of these qualifications is co-funded and there will be an employer contribution required the amount of which we can give you on request.
