The Restaurant and Bistro are open to the public and are specialist educational environments that enable students to develop the expertise of high quality service and culinary practices.

The restaurant and production kitchens provide exceptional classrooms that have a realistic atmosphere where in addition to curriculum activities the students are provided with opportunities to develop the necessary team building and social skills required to work in the Hospitality and Catering industry.

Example Dishes:

  • Onion Soup with cider and calvados
  • Stuffed saddle of Lamb with spinach and garlic served with saffron jus
  • Smoked Trout and Carrot salad with Horseradish cream
  • Ricotta and Spinach Cannelloni
  • Chocolate Sweet shop Terrine with Toblerone Ice Cream
  • Iced Red berry soufflé

We also have a bar serving a good selection of drinks and wines

  • Lunch Tuesday to Thursday 12.00 for 12.30pm
  • Dinner Thursday 7.00 for 7.30pm

The Bistro

This is open for light lunches and snacks Wednesday, Thursday and Friday @ 12 Noon.
