Refectories
Excellent refectory services are provided at the college. These are in addition to the student common rooms, and they are located centrally and are an ideal location for meeting and socialising as well as obtaining refreshments. The refectory provides a wide variety of inexpensive foods and beverages ranging from sandwiches and snacks to main meals and from breakfast to evening services. Cultural dietary requirements are provided for. The Catering Officer is always pleased to discuss the type of dishes available and to introduce new ideas.
The Reedyford Refectory is open as follows
- Breakfast / Morning Goods / Lunch 9.30 – 1.30
- Afternoon Tea 2.15 – 3.15
- High Tea 4.15 – 5.15
- Evening Service 6.45 – 8.15
Outside these times a comprehensive vending service is available. Sample refectory menus are set out below:

Restaurant and Bistro facilities, offered by the Hospitality Section where dishes are prepared and served by our Catering students, are also available at the college. These are open most lunchtimes and the restaurant is open in the evening on Thursday. Come and enjoy the professional surroundings and the relaxed atmosphere.
