Throughout this course, you will be encouraged to think about and use language in a way you may have never used it before. From the origins of English, to language acquisition. From phonetics to Shakespeare, all the way through to modern language in the media and its further implications. You will dissect it all, whilst harnessing and developing your own style at the same time.
