Customer Service Apprenticeship

An Apprenticeship combines real work and learning. As an Apprentice you will usually spend 1 day a week in College and the rest of the week in your workplace.

Apprentices earn a wage and get experience whilst working towards a number of qualifications.

Excellent customer service is a vital part of any organisation and therefore Apprenticeships in this area are relevant across most industry sectors.

The ability to provide excellent customer service is often considered to be a prerequisite for any job role. Dealing with people can often be a challenge and because of this, it is important that you have the skills needed to deal with customers face-to-face and over the telephone in a polite, courteous and professional manner.

Most companies rely heavily on their customers, and therefore, a customer’s perception of your business is vital. An Apprenticeship in Customer Service will give you the skills needed in order to make the right impression in all of your company’s customers!

This programme is tailored to meet your employment needs, for example; Customer Service for Receptionists or Customer Service for Business Administrators.
