Nelson and Colne College Sixth Form has a highly qualified Careers Guidance Team who work with students to ensure that they progress successfully after their course. One-to-one guidance appointments are available to help students make the right decisions for their future. Within Student Services there is a careers library and browsing area containing a range of relevant literature and software. This includes university prospectuses, careers books, software packages and job skills workbooks. Information is available on a variety of topics including taking a gap year, preparing CVs, improving your interviewing skills and job hunting.
