Nelson and Colne College Sixth Form has continued its outstanding record for success, celebrating an A Level and Vocational pass rates of 100%!
The College is a hidden treasure, nestled in the heart of Pendle. The students at the College are talented, hardworking young people; and the College is delighted at their success, year after year! The College’s teaching staff are determined to ensure that students progress to top universities or the jobs of their dreams.
In May 2014, data released by the Government’s Department for Education’s Schools and Colleges proved that people of this region can remain confident that they have one of the best colleges in the entire country right on their doorstep! The performance tables (from 317 colleges, sixth forms and sixth form centres) released showed that the College is the 1st college in the country for A Level Value Added scores, the 3rd highest performing college in the country for young Apprenticeship success, and the 4th highest performing college in the country for A Level grades!
It is a year of success for the College, as this summer, its A Level and Vocational students further added to these statistics by achieving a phenomenal 100% pass rate across all subjects!
