The programme is delivered on a full-time basis over three years. Students will attend one day/evening per week for the full-time route.
The programme has been designed for those looking to pursue a career within the Sports Science and Coaching sector. The programme will develop students as a
reflective practitioner, using best practices in the Sports Science and Coaching industry.
The course provides students with the opportunity to participate in industry placements through our extensive range of sport partnerships. Students will also have the opportunity to train with our football academies, gain access to quality coaching and facilities, and benefit from strength and conditioning, nutrition and sport psychology support.

How will the course be assessed?
A range of assessments are used within the programme, including portfolios, case studies, reflections and presentations. There are two examinations, which make up 28% of the assessment.

Having successfully completed this programme graduates could look forward to employment in various jobs within the fitness industry such as coaching, sports development and personal training, among others.
