The Role
IT Technician Apprentice
Duties
Duties include the development of our case management system including the building of workflows, updating standard precedent documents, learning the system inside out and providing internal support and training to all staff here at Farnworth Rose. There will also be a general admin element to the role to assist across all departments where required. This is a large responsibility to help keep the firm up to speed with new technology changes and assist us to work in the most efficient way possible.
Main responsibilities
We are looking for a driven, focused and enthusiastic person to join our team at our Farnworth Rose. The vacancy involves undertaking daily tasks including:
· Keeping our precedent documents up to date in our case management system
· Learning the case management system inside and out and exploring how features currently not in use could help improve our efficiencies
· Development of new workflows within the case management system
· Enhancement of existing workflows within the case management system
· Providing training and assistance with our case management system with all staff
· Providing general IT support to all staff
· Researching new technology that could be relevant to the firm
· Arranging IT set ups for new members of staff
· Filing
· Photocopying
· Inputting data into our case management system for new and existing clients
· Answering the telephone
