The Role

STF Solutions are currently recruiting for an Administration Apprentice to join their team. The purpose of the role is to perform general administration duties and provide efficient and effective administrative support to the office manager in accordance with STF Solutions Ltd Policies and Procedures. As this is an Apprentice post the job holder will be required to carry out various tasks to develop skills, knowledge and experience in all aspects of administration. This will be via on the job training and attending educational classes at college to establish knowledge and understanding


Duties include but are not limited to: Answering and dealing with queries via the telephone Data input, photocopying, faxing, Scanning, filing and typing duties as directed Booking engineers work in via email or telephone To take and collect post to/from the post room/main reception on a daily basis To maintain accurate, timely and legible records i.e.: Call out To assist with the ordering and storage of office stationary To be a flexible and supportive member of the team To maintain confidentiality at all times Attend and take part in team meetings & reviews with line manager etc. Throughout the training period the post holder will be expected to complete all educational and training as required
