Course Overview

The Access to Higher Education (HE) Diploma is a Level 3 qualification that prepares 19+ students who are returning to education or who left school without the qualifications needed to progress to university.

Access Higher Education Diploma in Law is aimed at learners who want to go onto study law, criminology and policing alongside other related careers at University.

The course will enable you to gain a deeper understanding of how the law works in practice and legal precedent.

What will I learn?

You will be studying a Level 3 Diploma, You will learn a range of topics linked to Criminology and the Law. Each unit will have a specific focus such as The English Legal System. You will learn the theories behind the law, case studies and precedent linked to the law in the UK and the impact of legal changes over time, for example, leaving the European Union.

How will the course be assessed?

Learning is face to face in college 2.5 days per wekk
