Enrolment FAQs

Who can I bring with me to enrol?

We ask that where possible you only bring one accompanying adult with you if completing your enrolment at College.

Will I need to wear a face covering?

You will be required to wear a face covering at all times unless you are exempt when inside the College.

I’ve not got the grades I was hoping for – what do I do?

Don’t worry! Once you have provided your grades a member of our team will be able to offer you alternative options and let you know which courses are available to you.

I have changed my mind about the course I want to study at College – how do I change this?

You can change the course you have applied for at any time by logging into your portal account and adding a new application. Alternatively, please contact the Admissions Team using the contact form below.

I’ve applied for an Apprenticeship but haven’t got an employer. What do I do now?

We understand that, due to the impact of the current pandemic on businesses, there aren’t as many Apprenticeship vacancies on offer as there usually would be at this time. Rest assured that our team will do everything they can to help you secure employment during this time, but if this can’t happen before September, we will be able to offer you a place on a suitable College programme aligned with your career aims.

I can’t access my online enrolment portal?

Watch our video HERE on how to access your enrolment portal.

I changed my password and can’t remember it?
