History of Outstanding Quality
Our University Centre builds on our college’s already existing reputation for exceptional teaching, learning and career support. Our University Centre has exceptionally high student satisfaction rates, as received in the National Student Survey in 2018.
Flexible Learning Options
Full and part-time delivery options are available for our Higher Level qualifications, with evening courses running subject to demand. This means students are often able to maintain work and personal commitments, while completing their qualification. Remote learning may also be an option.
We are committed to making strong links with the local community and employers from a range of sectors. Through employer engagement, our qualifications remain career-focused and students are kept up-to-date with the most relevant and current industry knowledge and skills. The majority of our Foundation Degrees include practice trainers who visit the workplace continuously throughout their programme of study.
Just like at university, upon completing your qualification, our students, their families, along with local employers, will be invited to a prestigious graduation ceremony to celebrate their achievements.
All our Higher Level qualifications are professional, industry-recognised qualifications, designed to help students with their career development. We deliver highly relevant programmes that ensure our graduates progress to jobs which reflect their aspirations.
Facilities and Partnerships
At our University Centre, our students have access to specialist facilities to help them master industry skills and get career ready.
