Apprenticeship summary

Liaising with the manager regarding work each morning, answering calls and dealing with customer enquiries face to face and telephone. Property management, sending out work orders to contractors, chasing rent from tenants, admin work, listing properties online, booking appointments and taking care of the diary. 

Skills needed are good manners and to be well spoken with good communication skills. Patience and problem solving with a good understanding of Microsoft office and computer literate are also desirable. 

Hours of Work are Monday – Friday 9am-5.30pm with an hour for lunch.

Empire Estates are a leading estate agent who do sales and lettings in the Lancashire area, we deal with residential and commercial properties. We are looking for a Level 3 Business Admin Apprentice to work with our team.
