Course Overview
This unit will give you an appreciation of how small and medium enterprises develop and grow. You will learn about and apply techniques for identifying opportunities for growth, and appraise options for achieving growth. You will learn about the sources of investment and consider how a small business attracts investors. You will gain an understand of the options for small business in terms of exit or, for family businesses, succession, and the able to appreciate the importance of making informed choices when choosing routes to growth.
